Hitman - 10 XP
The Hitman, sometimes referred to as a True Assassin, focuses on the combat skills of the Assassin class, bringing them to new levels. They are best at taking out a single target and ensuring they are dead.

-10 EP
-Assassination: Surprise 50

Initial Benefit:
Night Strike- You call 10 additional damage on your Surprise attacks in dark areas or outdoors at night. Upon purchasing a Tier 5 skill in this class, your Night Strike increases to 20 additional damage.

Class Skills:
*You purchase Skill Points as a Shaman.
(T4) Assassination: Disappearing Strike (8 XP, Requires Stealth)- If you succeed at a Surprise attack that drops your target into bleed out or makes them helpless, you may spend 2 EP to immediately enter Stealth regardless of current conditions. You have 10 seconds to find an area that has proper Stealth conditions or your Stealth will break.

(T4) Assassination: Deathblow (12 XP)- You may spend an additional 4 EP to add the “Deathblow” effect to a Surprise attack.

(T5) Hide in Plain Sight (10 XP, Assassination: Disappearing Strike)- When you enter Stealth, it does not fail if someone points you out as you enter it. You simply call “Hide in Plain Sight” and spend 1 additional EP and your Stealth attempt is not canceled. Additionally, you may now enter Stealth during conditions which normally do not allow Stealth due to lighting; you have 10 seconds to find suitable Stealth conditions to remain in Stealth.

(T5) Assassination: Improved Deathblow (12 XP, Assassination: Deathblow)- As Assassination: Deathblow, however you now only spend 2 additional EP to modify the attack. If you kill a target in this manner you may perform some sort of signature role-play (example: leaving a rose on their body, marking them with blood on their face, etc) that takes no less than 3 seconds. If you do so, they reduce their current luck bonus by 1. You must select your signature role-play upon purchasing this skill.

(T6) Master Skill- Hidden
Mud, Grob Alchemist/Smith, Laborer/Life Druid
Brock Saturn, Ostlea Human, Berserker/Cleric of Bedros
Rain Glasswalker, Wild Elf Fighter/Shaman
Carde, Town Notary
Lord Sigurd Kragmoore, Governor of Banner Rest
Ventley the Grob
Roderigo the Box Man
Gurry the Hermit
and a few others

Does Luck have a hard cap/hard floor?

For example, if someone already has -3 luck because they made a Mystic very unhappy, would the tier 5 ability above turn that into -4 luck?
